About the role
You will join the product design team while working closely with our monetization team to design and implement paywalls and screenshots.
What you will do?
- Design and optimize paywalls to maximize trial starts and conversions.
- Create and test App Store assets (screenshots, icons, videos) to boost install rate.
- Run rapid A/B tests with the Monetization Manager and iterate fast.
- Use data and insights to guide design decisions that drive revenue growth.
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative experimentation.
- Build and update a library of reusable design components for faster testing.
- Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to align on monetization goals and learnings.
Who you are?
- 3–5 years as a Product or Growth Designer in mobile apps (B2C, subscription-based).
- Solid grasp of UX, visual design, and conversion principles.
- Proven experience designing paywalls or App Store assets that perform.
- Data-driven mindset — you iterate fast based on results.
- Strong Figma skills (components, systems, quick prototyping).
- Used to working with Growth, Product, and Data teams.
- Creative, analytical, and impact-oriented — you care about results as much as design.
