About the role
We are strengthening our Product team to accelerate performance and scale our monetization strategy.
What you will do?
You will likely start on our app AstroClub, but scope may evolve based on performance and team needs.
1. Product Discovery
Analyze internal data (Amplitude, RevenueCat, BI tools)
Deep dive into subscription metrics (conversion, churn, LTV, ARPU)
Benchmark competitors using tools like Sensor Tower
Identify monetization and retention opportunities
2. Strategy & Experimentation
Define clear hypotheses with business rationale
Write detailed feature specs
Design and launch A/B tests
Define success metrics before release
Establish OKRs
3. Delivery & Iteration
Work closely with developers to ship fast
Collaborate tightly with Growth, Marketing, Design and Data
Evaluate post-release impact
Iterate or stop initiatives based on performance

Who you are?
Must-have
3–4+ years experience in B2C mobile apps (subscription-driven)
Strong experience with Amplitude (or similar product analytics tools)
Deep understanding of subscription models (paywalls, trials, pricing, churn, LTV)
Hands-on experience with RevenueCat, Purchasely or similar tools
Strong A/B testing framework and KPI ownership
Ability to move from data → insight → decision
Clear product & business mindset
Nice-to-have
Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Tableau…)
Background in mobile industry
