HR & People Operations Apprentice
Who are we?
At Luni, we create B2C mobile apps that improve everyday lives, stand out through quality content, and explore new ways to experience products.
As a top ten global app publisher with millions of users, our hits include 🎬 Shorts, ⭐️ Astro Club and 🖨️ Scanner. Most of our revenue comes from in-app subscriptions in the US.
Our culture
We value flexibility, collaboration, and ownership. Team members have the freedom to take initiative, share ideas, and challenge the status quo - all within a culture built on trust, attention to detail, and continuous learning.
About the role
Luni is a team of 50, based in Bordeaux, with an office in Paris and team members working across several countries. The vibe? International, direct, bilingual (FR/EN) and built on a real culture of getting things done.
In 2025, we integrated Smartworkout, a sports equipment company, expanding our reach and adding a new playground to our adventure.
The People team is three people today: Alexia (Employee Experience Manager), Louise (Talent Acquisition Manager) and Delphine, People Lead, who drives the HR function and shapes it as Luni grows.
It's a small team, but a high-impact one. Every topic matters and every initiative leaves a mark.
We're looking for an apprentice to work closely with Delphine : someone who takes ownership of a significant part of the HR operations, and who's keen to contribute to employer branding and office projects on the side.
What makes this apprenticeship unique: you'll work across two companies with different collective agreements (Syntec and e-commerce), distinct economic contexts and real legal depth, with a specialist external lawyer available when needed. You'll have genuine autonomy, real responsibilities and a modern tool stack: Payfit, Lucca, Teamtailor, Deel, Slack, Notion.
The role is based in Bordeaux.
What you will do?
🧩 HR - 60% of your time
This is the core of the role. You're the administrative and operational backbone of the HR function.
Concretely:
Day-to-day HR administration: You manage employment contracts, end-of-contract documents and all related certificates. You maintain the HRIS (Payfit) and liaise with external bodies: occupational health, URSSAF, social security, etc.
Training & OPCO: You handle training file preparation, participant registration with the OPCO, funding applications and training provider relationships.
International people: You manage contracts for our international people and streamline their follow-up, primarily through Deel.
PEE / PERCO: You contribute to the management of the company savings plans (PEE/PERCO) and participate in a benchmark to identify new provider options.
Process, legal watch & documentation: You document HR processes on Notion, contribute to their continuous improvement and carry out regular legal and social monitoring. You also support specific reporting requests (payroll mass, employer cost, etc.).
📣 Employer Branding & Recruitment - 20% of your time
Content & employer branding: You co-write or coordinate LinkedIn posts. You turn internal topics into engaging content: team life, product, behind-the-scenes. You track performance, monitor formats that actually work and keep Luni's careers pages up to date.
Candidate experience: You benchmark recruitment best practices and propose concrete improvements: candidate messaging, process clarity, content shared at each stage.
🏢 Office - 20% of your time
Events & vendor management - You help organise internal events, from sourcing venues and vendors to coordinating logistics and being on-site when needed.
Remote support & admin - You handle travel and accommodation logistics for remote employees and support the team with invoice processing and IT fleet management.
Who you are?
You're in your final years of study (Bac+4/5), with a focus on Human Resources, whether through a dedicated Master's in HR, a business or management degree with an HR specializations or any equivalent path that has given you solid grounding in people-related topics. But beyond the diploma, what really matters:
You're naturally curious: you never stay stuck, you know how to find information independently and from the right sources. You're comfortable with AI tools and use them naturally to work more efficiently.
You're rigorous and reliable: in a role where HR admin leaves no room for approximation, precision is non-negotiable.
You communicate well, in writing and verbally, in both French and English (a solid enough level to interact with our international colleagues).
And above all, you're eager to learn fast, take initiative and build something real.
