Product Manager
Who are we?
At Luni, we create B2C mobile apps that improve everyday lives, stand out through quality content, and explore new ways to experience products.
As a top ten global app publisher with millions of users, our hits include 🎬 Shorts, ⭐️ Astro Club and 🖨️ Scanner. Most of our revenue comes from in-app subscriptions in the US.
Our culture
We value flexibility, collaboration, and ownership. Team members have the freedom to take initiative, share ideas, and challenge the status quo - all within a culture built on trust, attention to detail, and continuous learning.
About the role
We are strengthening our Product team. You will report to Alexandre, who leads our Essentials Studio. You will start on AstroClub, our astrology and tarot app known for its polished user experience, animations and friendly user flows.
AstroClub is very active on both mobile and web, and needs a Product Manager fully focused on it. Over time, your scope may grow to other apps of the studio, based on performance and team needs.
What you will do?
1. Product Discovery
Dig into our data (Amplitude, RevenueCat, BI tools) to understand how users discover, use and pay for the app.
Deep dive into subscription metrics: conversion, churn, LTV, ARPU.
Benchmark competitors with tools like Sensor Tower.
Spot monetization and retention opportunities on both web and mobile.
2. Strategy & Experimentation
Shape the product vision for AstroClub together with the Essential Studio lead.
Turn ideas into clear hypotheses with a business rationale, and write detailed feature specs.
Design, launch and analyze A/B tests, with success metrics set before release.
Set priorities across mobile and web to make the most of both platforms.
Use AI tools in your daily work to explore ideas, speed up analysis and prototype faster.
3. Delivery & Iteration
Set day-to-day priorities for the developers and designer on the team, and ship fast.
Work closely with UA and Growth so the acquisition strategy matches the product, as well as with Design, Marketing and Data.
Measure the impact after each release, then iterate or stop based on the results.
What’s in it for you
Day-to-day ownership of a revenue-generating product
Autonomy that grows with your experience, and the freedom to propose your own initiatives.
A strong experimentation culture: AI, monetization tests, web-to-app funnels.
Hands-on experience across mobile and web, including web-to-app funnels.
A studio with more apps on the way, and the chance to switch between projects and contexts as you grow.
A small team, in close collaboration with UA, Growth, Design and Marketing.
This role is not for you if…
You prefer a clear, fixed scope. You’ll start on AstroClub, but your scope may grow to other apps of the studio over time.
You like to wait for detailed instructions before moving. We expect you to explore, test and come up with solutions on your own, even imperfect ones.
You only want to work on one platform. AstroClub lives on both mobile and web, and you’ll work across both.
You aren't a curious person and don't like spending time on discovering and learning new topics. You will start with AstroClub, but you might also work on other app on a totally different niche.
